Koerhuis Kersten offers legal services focusing on the family practice, specializing in advisory services and assistance in divorces. The decisive factor in the choice for Le Barrage were the favorable lease conditions, in combination with a modern office building and a customized design for the new office space – which was provided by the landlord.
Earlier this year, Nexus successfully extended the lease agreements with tenants DTG and ArboNed. This transaction fits in the chosen strategy to add value on the short-term to the property through long-term lease renewals, aggressively leasing up vacancy at favorable terms and investing in improvements of the property. The Le Barrage building is part of a larger real estate portfolio managed since the end of 2015 by Nexus Real Estate.
