As of October 1, 2023, Noor de Voogd has stepped in as a partner at Nexus Real Estate. Noor joined Nexus in 2020 and is responsible for managing the Century portfolio that Nexus acquired with Tristan Capital Partners in 2019.
Prior to Nexus Real Estate, Noor worked
at Apleona Real Estate and was responsible for leading the Property Management team on the Century portfolio in her role as Key Account Manager. In addition to her work as Asset Manager at Nexus, Noor earned her Master’s degree in Real Estate at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate in 2020, where she has since also been a guest lecturer for the investment analysis course of the MSRE program.
