June 2017 – Nexus Real Estate has entered into a long-term lease agreement with new tenant MTH accountants & advisors in its office building at Versterkerstraat 6 in Almere. MTH leases 567 sqm office space and 14 parking places. In addition, Syncasso has extended its lease agreement for a long time. Syncasso leases 605 sqm office space and 13 parking places.
MTH is a full service financial advisory office for entrepreneurs and executives that consists of 18 branches and 400 professionals with expertise in financial, fiscal and legal consulting, corporate consulting, finance, human resources, corporate and personal finance, recovery and international business.
Syncasso is a debt collection and bailiff organization that carries out all amicable and judicial collection work with 350 employees from seven locations in Almere, Leeuwarden, Utrecht, Amsterdam, Arnhem, Eindhoven and Rotterdam throughout the Netherlands. Syncasso has specializations in the law, finance, care and rent. In addition, the organization works for many (large) business companies and governments.
The office building in Almere is part of a larger real estate portfolio managed by Nexus Real Estate since late 2015.
