January 2020 – Nexus Real Estate (Nexus) has strengthened its asset management team with Noor de Voogd. Noor will be jointly responsible for the asset management of the portfolio recently acquired by CCP5 LL and Nexus consisting of 7 office locations in the Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht regions with a total size of approximately 143,000 sqm.
Noor previously worked for Apleona Real Estate and was in her role as Key Account Manager responsible for managing the Property Management team on this portfolio on behalf of the previous owner. In addition to her work as an asset manager at Nexus, Noor is currently also following the Master of Real Estate course at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate.
