March 2019 – Nexus Real Estate has signed a new lease agreement in office building Edge Offices at A.J. Ernststraat 1-157 in Amsterdam-Buitenveldert. FastForward.ai is a company specialized in information technology based on Artificial Intelligence. The lease includes approx. 700 m² of office space.
The A.J. Ernststraat is part of a portfolio of 8 buildings on the edge of the South Axis, which since 2017 has been managed by Nexus on behalf of the owner. With this new lease, the building on the A.J. Ernststraat is now fully let and renovated.
