December 2018 – Shortly after the purchase of the office building located at Flight Forum 840 in Eindhoven, Nexus Real Estate signed a lease agreement for all vacant office space with Dutch high-tech company ASML.
ASML was looking for expansion on Flight Forum in the short term and will lease approximately 5,800 m² of office space from 1 January 2019. Experis (Manpower Group) and a Tribes business center are also located in this building.
The office building is located at the entrance of Flight Forum and has large floor areas and shared facilities for the purpose of conference, meetings and catering on the ground floor.
