Nexus Real Estate signs a new lease agreement with Regus for 2,100 sqm in Amsterdam

February 2019 – Regus, the worldwide provider of workplaces, has signed a new agreement with Nexus Real Estate for the lease of 2,110 sqm at the Weerdestein I building in Amsterdam. The agreement has been concluded for a period of 10 years. Regus expects to open its doors in August this year.

IWG, the parent company of Regus, is the world’s largest provider of flexible workplace solutions, with self-employed professionals, SMEs and large multinationals as customers. The company has approximately 3,300 business centers in more than 1,100 cities in 110 countries. In the Netherlands, IWG wants to grow to around 300 branches in the coming years.

Annelou de Groot, Board Regus Nederland: “It is a beautiful location, close to the South Axis. It fits in with our strategy for 2019 to also open centers just outside the A locations. The pressure on the South Axis is currently very high, with a lot of demand and little supply. With this location we offer our customers a very good alternative.”
