Nexus Real Estate has on 28 and 31 December 2020 sold two office buildings, located at the Displayweg in Amersfoort and Informaticalaan in Delft, to private investors.
These two buildings were part of a larger property portfolio that Nexus has under management on behalf of the vendor since 2018. After acquisition, an asset management strategy with the goal to add value to the portfolio by renewing existing lease agreements and reducing vacancy was implemented by Nexus. This sale is the result of a successful completion of the management objectives after which the properties have been fully leased as a result of several leasing transactions.
Nexus Real Estate has realised these transactions on behalf of the owner of the buildings. Nexus has was advised in the sale of Amersfoort by Ans de Wijn Bedrijfshuisvesting and in the sale of Delft by ROBSWART Bedrijfshuisvesting.
