Nexus Real Estate has sold office building Bologna, located at the Louis Braillelaan in Zoetermeer, to a private investor on 5 May 2021.
Building Bologna – with over 11,000 sqm office space – was part of a larger real estate portfolio that Nexus has been managing on behalf of the vendor since 2018.
This sale is the result of a successful completion of the management objectives whereby – after renovation of the central entrance, the outside area and the company restaurant – Bologna received a quality boost thanks to a successful repositioning as a high-quality multi-tenant office building with various additional facilities. As a result, Nexus has realised various transactions, including the 10-year lease of 1,250 sqm to electric utility company Engie.
Nexus Real Estate realised this transaction on behalf of one of the real estate funds it manages. The purchaser was advised by ROBSWART Bedrijfshuisvesting.
