Since our launch in 2015, Nexus has proven itself as a reliable and entrepreneurial partner for investments in the Dutch real estate market. We aim to build long-lasting relationships through our committed, hands-on approach and adherence to the highest standards of integrity and transparency.

We understand that real estate management is more than just financial figures. True value is added by identifying the key areas of improvement in each asset under management, translating these into realistic asset management strategies and proactively executing them within the set holding period.

Our experienced team has an excellent reputation for creating and adding value to our properties under management and we have established a strong track record in acquiring and repositioning investments. Over the past five years, we have been involved in investment transactions with a total value of over €1 billion and over 150,000 sqm of leasing transactions.
