May 2016 – Nexus Real Estate has renewed the lease with ArboNed for the office building Le Barrage located at the Van Lookeren Campagneweg 2 in Zwolle. ArboNed leases approximately 695 m² of office space and 15 parking spaces
ArboNed is an occupational health service with headquarters in Utrecht. ArboNed has about 900 employees spread across 64 offices in the Netherlands. ArboNed has entrepreneurs, multinational corporations, institutions and governments as clients.
ArboNed is located in Building Le Barrage for more than 10 years. With this extension ArboNed choose again – because of its convenient location to major roads, the high quality and good appearance of the Le Barrage building – for a long-term commitment to this location.
Office building Le Barrage is part of a larger real estate portfolio managed since the end of 2015 by Nexus Real Estate. This new lease agreement is in line with the strategy drawn up by Nexus to add value to the property in the short term. Nexus also recently renewed the lease with co-tenant DTG.
