February 2019 – As of 1 January 2019 Nexus Real Estate has signed a long-term lease agreement for approximately 3,300 sqm on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the WTC Almere with The Office Operators. On these floors spaces are available for approximately 250 workplaces in units of various sizes. Part of the 3rd floor will be completely newly furnished.
The Office Operators has also entered into a partnership with Nexus Real Estate and the WTC Almere for the operation of the Conference Center. This center has 12 meeting and training rooms and a large event floor on the top floor of the WTC with a fantastic views on the city of Almere. The management of the reception services in the central entrance has also been taken over by The Office Operators.
In the coming years, Nexus’ focus will be on further improving and expanding the quality, appearance and services provided at the WTC Almere.
