Nexus Real Estate has closed a new lease agreement with Bayer for 2,500 sqm office space on the Orion Campus, East building, on the Siriusdreef in Hoofddorp. With this lease Nexus welcomes its second tenant in this recently completely renovated building in Hoofddorp.
This former PostNL office and parcel sorting office has been completely renovated over the past few months into a high-quality multifunctional office location.
Nexus has focused on high quality office space and climate control, in combination with various facilities in the general area. Orion Campus has a total lettable floor area of 11,200 m2 of office space, divided into three separate buildings (East, West & Central). The campus offers its users a fully equipped conference centre with various meeting rooms and a bar, gym and coffeebar/restaurant Catch with a lounge terrace. In addition, Orion Campus has a business centre on the ground floor.

With the establishment of Bayer on the Orion Campus, Nexus welcomes its first major tenant in the building. Approximately 8,700 m² of office space remains in the Central and West buildings.
