April 2016 – Paul Goossens (47) has as of April 1, 2016 joined as partner in Nexus Real Estate. Paul is responsible for the Financial Management. He will also be an important link between the fund and asset management.
Goossens was previously the Director of Finance at PingProperties in Amsterdam. Furthermore, Goossens was at PingProperties as Fund Manager responsible for among others the portfolio of OGON Netherlands B.V.
Early 2015 Jochem den Daas (41) and Pieter Romme (37) founded Nexus Real Estate. Nexus Real Estate carries out the management of a number of large Dutch property portfolios on behalf of foreign private equity firms.
