April 2016 – Nexus Real Estate recently completed the long term lease extension with DTG for office building “Le Barrage” located at the Van Lookeren Campagneweg 2 in Zwolle. DTG, headquartered in Amsterdam, has established one of its regional offices in Zwolle and leases approximately 806 m² of office space and 40 parking spaces.
DTG is a company that provides online marketing services for entrepreneurs in the Netherlands with the aim to help them make effective business online. DTG has extended the lease because of the good quality of the building in combination with its strategic location towards the highway to and from Zwolle.
Le Barrage is part of a larger real estate portfolio, managed since late 2015 by Nexus. This new lease agreement is in line with the strategy drawn up by Nexus to add value to the property on the short-term.
