September 2016 – Nexus Real Estate has per July 1, 2017 signed a new 10-year lease with QSight IT in Arnhem for approximately 2,200 m² of office space and 43 parking spaces in the Entre Vallée building at the Mr. B. M. Teldersstraat 5 in Arnhem.
After law firm CMS had terminated its lease as of July 1, 2017, the building would become largely vacant.
This new lease follows the successful long term lease renewal Nexus signed with co-tenant Alfa-Beta Solutions earlier this year. With new tenant QSight IT the building is almost entirely leased up again.
Qi ICT from Delft and Onsight Solutions from Arnhem have joined strength in early September this year. By a merger of the two organizations under the name QSight IT the greatest Dutch player in the field of (cyber) security, networking, cloud and risk management arises.
QSight IT is a 100% Dutch IT company with absolute focus on security, networking, cloud and risk management. The office building Entre Vallée in Arnhem is part of a larger real estate portfolio managed since 2015 by Nexus Real Estate. With this extension of the lease, Nexus has guaranteed the continuity of building Entre Vallée again for the long term.
