March 2017 – Nexus Real Estate recently signed a new lease agreement with Innovadis for 450 sqm office space in the office building at the Brouwerijstraat in Enschede.
Innovadis invents and builds innovative internet solutions. The Innovadis team consists of consultants, developers and designers who produce periodically operating software. Examples include online shops, portals, PIM / MDM applications and custom applications.
The building was formerly used as the Dutch head office of beer brewer Grolsch and is located in the Roombeek neighborhood in Enschede. After the departure of Grolsch the building became almost entirely vacant. In collaboration with CeeCee community, the Regional Community College of Twente and the municipality of Enschede, a new drive has been given to this area. Focusing on start-ups and encouraging young entrepreneurs in the technology and ICT sector.
For Innovadis it is a strategic choice to establish its office here. Innovadis considers the breeding ground for young entrepreneurs and the potential of talent as a very positive USP for this building.
The building at the Brouwerijstraat in Enschede is part of a larger real estate portfolio managed by Nexus Real Estate since 2015.
