January 2017 – Nexus Real Estate has signed a lease agreement with new tenant Synthra in office building ‘Le Barrage’ at the Van Lookeren Campagneweg in Zwolle. Synthra leaes 303 sqm office space on the ground floor and 6 parking places.
Synthra supports employers in structurally reducing absenteeism and WGA inflow to an absolute minimum. Synthra stands for the own management model and believes that absenteeism decreases and the workforce is increased by positioning employees as responsible (case manager) and support managers in knowledge.
Due to high quality and applicability of the existing fitting out, Nexus was able to provide the office space turnkey to Synthra at very short notice.
This lease follows quickly on the new lease with Koerhuis Kersten earlier this year and the successful extensions with tenants DTG and ArboNed in 2016. This transaction fits in the chosen strategy to add value on the short-term to the property through long-term lease renewals, aggressively leasing up vacancy at favorable terms and investing in improvements of the property.
The Le Barrage building is part of a larger real estate portfolio managed by Nexus Real Estate since the end of 2015.
